Mattress Warranty Registration

• How do I register my warranty? Upon purchase of our mattress product, we will process the registration and email the confirmation to you within 5 working days. • How do I check my warranty? Simply fill in and submit the form below. We will contact you within 3 working days. • Can I return a purchased mattress? Mattress purchase is only eligible for return if it is the result of a manufacturing defect.

Mattress 10-year Limited Warranty

• What parts are covered? The coil springs, box springs, and foundation box are warranted against manufacturers’ defects for 10 years. • If defective within 2 years We repair free of charge. Repair or replace with similar parts with no charge except for transportation costs. • If defective within 2nd to 10th year We repair with charges. Charges = (prevailing price list of the product / 10) x number of ownership years + transporation costs. • What are NOT covered? Normal sagging & impression within 1.5 inches. Mattress size within +/- 2% limit. Damage due to user’s mishandling, excessive pressure beyond normal use, chemical spillage.

Bedframe: 3-year Limited Warranty

• What parts are covered? Only the wooden structure is warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 3 years. • Within the 3-year warranty We repair or replace with similar parts with no charge except for upholstery costs and transportation costs. • What are NOT covered? Upholsteries Normal wear and tear Damage due to users’ mishandles, excessive pressure beyond normal use, chemical spillage Infestation of insects and bugs
